Please choose carefully.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange (for a product of equal or lower value) or credit where goods are classed as a manufacturer fault, have been wrongly described, are different to the products purchased on the website or do not do what they are supposed to do. If you are unhappy with the goods purchased, or have chosen an incorrect size, we will offer an exchange or credit if a written request is received within 7 days of receipt of order, as long as goods are in original condition and packaging and there are no signs of use. 

For exchange or credit of products; Customers will arrange shipment of products back to acsportswearsHead Office at their own expense and in the event of an exchange, customers will be charged an additional freight cost to cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item(s). Customers will be invoiced for this freight charge once the original items are received and replacement items will be shipped to the customer upon payment of this invoice where stock is available. Where replacement items are not in stock customers will be notified within 2-3 business days of receipt of original products by acsportswear and customers will then have the option to select a different size or product where applicable, or wait for the requested item to arrive.

To request a refund, exchange, or credit, please send an email to sales@acsportswear.com.au with full details including order number, item codes and sizes, and purchase date.
